My PRIVATE PRACTICE

As a student of Northwestern University's clinical doctoral program, essential to the curriculum is my culminating project. My culminating project consisted of completing a business proposal. Within my coursework, I have been able to learn essential business principles that have aided me in completing the business proposal so that I am able to build an efficient private practice.

The name of my private practice is Elevated Speech Therapy Services, Inc. Elevated Speech Therapy Services, Inc’s (ESTS) mission is to provide quality, evidence-based, collaborative, and family-centered speech and language therapy services to students in both public and private schools to enhance quality of life and promote functional communication. ESTS differentiates itself by offering services to children with dyslexia. ESTS also differentiates itself by offering support groups and workshops to parents/caregivers as an extension to ESTS’s private practice, to counsel those parents and caregivers who have children or family members with communication/swallowing disorders. ESTS’s vision is to build a highly competitive and effective speech pathology private practice business that will become the number one choice in the Greater Los Angeles area.

We offer screening, assessment, and intervention in speech/articulation, phonology, apraxia, voice, tongue thrust, fluency, expressive/receptive language, auditory processing, cognitive deficits, dysphagia, aphasia, among other developmental/acquired speech and language deficits.
